Tibetan Prayer Flags

Prayers flags originated with the Indian Buddhist Sutras (texts), which were written on cloth banners and transmitted to other regions of the world. Traditionally, the flags are used to promote peace, compassion, strength, and wisdom. Tibetans believe the prayers and mantras will be blown by the wind to spread the good will and compassion to all.

Our traditional prayer flags are made by Tibetans living in India. With a blank flag on each set so you can attach your own expressions of peace, prayers and wishes.
