Poster - Passing it On: Preserving Indigenous Languages

Indigenous peoples across the globe are working hard to preserve their languages, recognizing that “when the language goes is when the culture and traditions suffer a breakdown,” as noted by Onondaga clanmother Audrey Shenandoah. This poster uses the Cree language of artist Hal Cameron of the Beardy’s & Okemasis First Nation. Also available as a postcard.
