Celebrating Woman Suffrage, 2015-2020

We begin a five year lead-up to the 100th anniversary of US woman suffrage with a focus on radical foremother Elizabeth Cady Stanton whose 200th birthday is November 12, 2015. She, along with Lucretia Mott, organized the first women’s rights convention in Seneca Falls, NY in 1848. Our new chapbooks show how her thinking and analysis remain relevant over a century and a half later. A previously published poster and notecard complement the chapbooks which are edited by feminist scholar and activist Sally Roesch Wagner. In 2015 Sally is embarking on a year-long performance tour of Elizabeth Cady Stanton.
