About Syracuse
Syracuse is a great place to live if you enjoy experiencing four seasons. There's a vibrant activist community. It's a small city with remarkable cultural diversity, plenty of cultural options, a very reasonable cost of living and easy access to beautiful natural settings. We're close to the beautiful Finger Lakes region and the Adirondack Mountains. And we're on the land of the Onondaga Nation, Firekeepers of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
Since we're not a big corporation, we can't offer a generous relocation package, but we can offer useful guidance about housing prospects and likely a temporary place to live while you get to know the community and explore options for more long-term living places.
