Cheryl Braganza

Cheryl Braganza (1945 – 2016) was a gifted artist, poet, writer and pianist. She was born in India, studied in Italy and the UK before immigrating to Montreal in 1966. Her paintings, rich in texture and movement reflect her life story. She is actively involved with organizations that focus on human rights, in particular women's rights.
