You should receive an automated e-mail confirming removal, or a failure message if the system can not find your address in our subscriber list.
If your request results in a failure, please check that you have typed your address correctly. Note that if you have multiple e-mail accounts you may also be subscribed at a different address. Additional addresses must be individually removed. The automated system has no way of associating forwarding addresses or aliases which route to your primary mailbox.
* To find which email address is subscribed to our list, look at the full headers for a message received from us for a line similar to "Return-Path: <email@example.com>", where "user=host.com" will be replaced with your address. If you need assistance finding this information, please check with your IT Department, E-mail host or Internet Service Provider, or search the web for "view full email headers" and the name of the program or service you use to read your email.
